Who we are. America Rising PAC is an independent expenditure-only political committee
registered with the Federal Election Commission, committee ID C00955799. Our address is 1
Orient Way, F145, Rutherford, NJ 07070.
Information we collect. We collect information you give us directly, including your name, email
address, mobile phone number, ZIP code, and any information you provide when you respond to a survey or sign up for updates. We also collect information automatically when you visit our
website, including IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
How we use your information. We use your information to send you the communications you
signed up for, to respond to your questions, to conduct surveys and research, to comply with
campaign finance reporting requirements, and to improve our programs.
Text messaging. If you opt in to our SMS program, we use your mobile number only to send
you messages under that program and to respond to your replies. You may opt out at any time
by replying STOP.
Sharing your information. We may share your Personal Data with vendors and service
providers who help us operate our programs, including messaging platform providers, phone
companies, email service providers, and other vendors who assist us in delivering
communications on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law or to
comply with FEC reporting obligations.
SMS data is excluded from all sharing. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign
with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.
We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third
parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform
providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text
messages. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and
consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties. Text messaging originator
opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for promotional or
marketing purposes.
Data retention. We keep your information for as long as needed to operate our programs and
to meet legal and reporting requirements.
Security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information
we hold. No system is completely secure.
Children. Our programs are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect
information from anyone under 18.
Your choices. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You may unsubscribe from
email using the link in any email. To ask what information we hold or to request deletion, contact

Changes. We may update this policy. The current version is always posted at this URL.
